RiverHouse 11 – Artful Living

RiverHouse 11 is Roseland’s newest addition to their Port Imperial development in Weehawken, New Jersey. The area boasts easy access to New York City and a prime riverfront location with extraordinary views. Our challenge was to create a brand around the existing logo that distinguished this property from Roseland’s others without blemishing them. We created a lifestyle brand that embodies the attitude of the city and speaks to a younger, more trending demographic than their other properties. The brand leans on an energetic color palette, pop art aesthetic, and spirited adages that exude our idea of “Artful Living.”
