This latest brand was to be the hottest addition to their portfolio, with properties ranging from Syracuse to Tuscaloosa. The new brand required a name and flexible branding that could have broad appeal in over 12 cities across the U.S . The Theory brand speaks to the high level of living in these apartments with a sharp hand-lettered logo, authentic voice, and local feel that no other collegiate housing brand can offer.
